1x Handful of frozen berries : You can buy already mixed from your local store or just coming what you have. I like to use blueberries and raspberries with a few strawberries.
1x Frozen Banana This will make your smoothie really creamy
1x Spotted ripe banana This will help your mixture blend with all your frown fruit
1x Tablespoon of green powder Some may use spirulina, however I personally love Dr lib's Green powder which has all your minerals you need for the day.
1x cup of water
Optional: 1x hand full or ice great for the summer to make it super cold and icy
Blend it all in your blender and pour into your glass jar, bottle or bowl for toppings.
Toppings: I love to change my topping s every day but if I've made it super thick with frozen bananas then I would top with a selection of the following: Coconut shavings, desiccated coconut, dates, buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, gogie berries,chia seeds, fresh fruit and my favourite some granola (recipe coming soon )
