+ Travel in a world of adventures
Read my full day to day blog of my first big overseas solo trip.
Day 11: I woke up with a pounding head, Robbie asks how I'm doing and my reply is simply , "I feel as though I lve been knocked over the head with a broom ". My head is pounding after last night even with me not touching a single drop of alcohol at the party. Later we headed over to the grandparents home to catch up on lost time together, looking through piles of photographs, stopping at every second image to describe the story behind it.
We headed out to go and have some lunch at a place called the 'Wimpy ' everything red and white. Set out as though it is a diner. Traditionally known for their breakfasts. Got back to their old age home and went out for a walk around the complex stopping to chat to every person who gran would have tea with ... turns out it was nearly every soul in the neighbourhood. After endless chitter chatter about life and just plain gossip it was time to head back to my cousins place where I was currently staying. There other cousins arrived and then it was time for bed. I think the time difference is taking more of a toll now . Any rate ( as my gran would say ) Night xx Kirsty claire xx
