Day 32 (7th Jan 2016 ) It is my last day here at the estuary with the B-family and once again time has just flown by. I do not want to leave but unfortunately all good things have to come to an end. I am currently sitting in bed and the alarm for 7:30 has just gone off on Hannah's phone for the last five minutes and didn't wake anyone up except me.
The girls wake up and decide we she go for a walk on the beach to make use of the little time we have left together. We walk down to the beach, sit down and discuss where we will meet again. We decide on a date being the 6th of December 2018 and somewhere tropical. These girls are like sisters to me. We head back with much reluctance.
I pack my things before my gran comes to pick me up and we take a few snap shots of us in the moment. Gran arrives and my tummy sinks. I grab my Polaroid and get a group shot to distract myself from leaving but realisation that the time has come for me to go once again. We say our dreaded goodbyes and that is that done.
Driving away I feel emotions rushing through me but I am clinging on the fact we have set a date to see each other again. Gran and I go shopping to take my mind off things. We end up spending a good hour or two at their local centre before grabbing a Gelato and swopping centres to meet my cousin Sharon and her friend Ashley there for lunch at the Wimpy.
We head back to Gran’s house on the farm to have a quiet night in with the electricity going on and off and playing Monopoly, which I have not played in years.
