100ml : Rice Milk (or any other non dairy milk, could use Soy or Almond)
+ Pre head oven to fan bake at 160' + Sieve all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl to make the cake light and smooth + Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl + Make a well in the mixture + Add in the wet ingredients to the centre of the well + Stir and combine into a paste + Get out a loaf tin and smear coconut oil around the tin to make sure the batter will no stick to it.
Note: this batter should be quite wet / runny as this will make the cake nice and fudgy !!
+Pour the mixture into the loaf tin +Place into the oven to cook for 40 min ( May be longer depending on your oven )
+ Once your timer has gone remove the cake from the oven and set aside for 20 min.
1 cup : Dark Chocolate chopped ( Non dairy)
150 ml : Hot water
2 trays : Ice cubes
+ Place the chocolate into a bowl and add the hot water +Mix until the water has melted the chocolate +Take the ice cubes out of freezer and place into a separate bowl + Place the melted chocolate bowl on-top of the ice cube bowl + Sir the chocolate until it thickens
+ Spread the icing onto the now cool cake and add chopped Almonds and decorate to your desire.
